2019 VHSA/EMO Medal Finals Festival

We are very pleased to announce that The EMO Agency is once again the sponsor of all of the qualifying classes as well as the VHSA/EMO Medal Finals which will once again be held at the Lexington National Horse Show the weekend of August 9th. In order to be qualified for the Medal an exhibitor who is a VHSA member must have either two Blues or a minimum number of points in their respective Medal .  The following is the minimum number of points for each Medal/Flat Class:

Children's Medal:        Two Blues or a minimum of 100 points
Hunter Seat Medal:     Two Blues or a minimum of 50 points
Junior Eq on the Flat:  Two Blues or a minimum of 70 points
Amateur Eq on Flat:    Two Blues or a minimum of 30 points
Adult Amateur Medal:  Two Blues or a minimum of 40 points

The website indicates Yes or No if you are qualified, this is misleading because that is only based on if you have two Blues or not.  This does not take in consideration the number of points you have.  If you have the minimum number of points required as shown above, then you are Qualified and please ignore the NO on the points list.  We apologize for the confusion.
