The VHSA is not recognizing ANY Associate Horse Shows in November, with the exception of the Associate Championship Horse Show, which has been held and points entered already into point system for 2025!

ALL POINTS (REGULAR & ASSOCIATE) HAVE BEEN ENTERED INTO THE DATABASE FOR 2025.  PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR POINTS BEFORE NOVEMBER 20TH.   TICKETS FOR THE AWARDS LUNCHEON ARE GOING FAST, PLEASE CLICK ON PAY DUES ABOVE TO ORDER YOUR TICKETS FOR THE AWARDS LUNCHEON BEFORE NOVEMBER 24TH, WHEN TICKET AVAILABILITY WILL BE SLIM AND PRICES INCREASE.

 All active members  have an activation date or "LifeMember" after their names - if your name appears on the list without a date, this means you are not renewed for the current show year, therefore, points cannot be accrued for the current show year. 

THIS DATE IS NOT AN EXPIRATION DATE, BUT THE DATE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP BECAME ACTIVE WITH THE VHSA.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRE NOVEMBER 30TH OF EACH YEAR!

Point Discrepancy Deadlines:   It is up to the exhibitor to rectify their point discrepancies through May 31st by July 31st, or the points prior to May 31st will stand as is.  It is also up to the exhibitor to rectify their point discrepancies by October 31st, or the points after May 31st and prior to October 31st will stand as is.  All points are final as of November 20th 

2025 New Division

The VHSA has created a new year-end Grand Champion Award in Memory of Diana Dodge.  This new Grand Champion is open to ALL Breeding Handlers who are current VHSA Members.  This is for both Amateur Handlers, as well as Professional Handlers.  The points for this new "Grand Champion Overall Handler Award" will use the same points that the Horse/Pony were awarded from the Hunter Breeding and Pony Breeding Classes at VHSA recognized Horse Shows.  The points for this new Grand Champion will be listed under the Handler's name in our points.  Again, this will be a Grand Champion Award, therefore, there will not be 1st - 6th ribbons, only Grand Champion Ribbon and awards.  The New Diana Dodge Memorial Trophy will also be presented at the VHSA Awards Luncheon.

2025 Division Sponsorship

The VHSA is pleased to offer division sponsorship for our various divisions to our members.   Each division sponsorship is $100 per division and the sponsorship will be featured on our website, all mass e-mails to membership, in the Convention Booklet as well as the VHSA Yearbook which is available online and viewed by all of our members.   The following is a list of all divisions and will indicate if a division is currently being sponsored or not.

Please submit any discrepancies to the VHSA office using the Points Tracking Sheet and indicate by circling the show where our records do not match.  (Points Tracking Sheet).  No other format will be accepted.  On the Points Tracking Sheet only list one horse and one division per sheet.  Do not list multiple horses/divisions on one sheet.  Incomplete information, i.e., horse show, show date will be returned.
